Inwood Hill Park is a beautiful park in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It features include mostly wooded, non-landscaped hills, making it more natural than other parks. This park is a gem in New York City. It’s the perfect place for engagement photography. Kevin & Sabra wanted to have Inwood Hill Park engagement photography to celebrate this special time in their lives. I was honored to be their Inwood Hill Park engagement photographer.

During their session, I wanted to include a variety of photos. I love nature and environmental portraits, so some of the photos include the environment. We started in Inwood Park, walked to Bennett Ave, stopped by Fort Tryon Park, and finished at a local restaurant, Kismet.

Fort Tryon Park is beautiful park located in Hudson Heights and Inwood neighborhoods. It’s features include plantings of floras, gardens, walking paths, meadows and stunning views of the Hudson and Harlem Rivers. It is one of my favorite places in the U.S. As a native New Yorker who grew up in the Dyckman area, I walked regularly through Fort Tryon Park.
