If you’re looking for a Los Angeles boudoir experience that feels a little different, our rain room sessions are one of the most unique options we’re offering right now. They combine classic, clean portraits with a more bold, cinematic finish—giving you variety in one session.
What Is a Rain Room Boudoir Session?
A rain room session includes a controlled indoor setup where water falls around you, creating a dramatic, editorial look. The water adds movement, texture, and a natural intensity that you just can’t get in a traditional Los Angeles boudoir photography session.

How the Session Works
We structure the session in a way that helps you feel comfortable from the start and builds your confidence as we go.
We begin in the gray room, where we shoot all your dry looks. This part of the session focuses on clean, timeless images with simple lighting, and a more classic boudoir feel. It’s also where you get used to posing and being in front of the camera.
Once we’ve completed those looks, we move into the rain room to finish the session. By this point, you’re already comfortable, which makes it much easier to relax into the movement and flow of the water. This is where we create those more bold, high-impact images.

Why Clients Love It
Clients love rain room sessions because they offer something truly different. It’s not your typical Los Angeles boudoir shoot—it’s a unique, one-of-a-kind experience that you won’t come across often.
You get the best of both worlds in one session:
- Clean, classic images in the gray room
- Bold, cinematic images in the rain room
The contrast between the two creates a full, well-rounded gallery that feels elevated and intentional. It’s also an experience in itself—something memorable, a little outside the box, and designed to make you feel confident in a completely new way.
For many clients, it’s not just about the photos—it’s about doing something different and walking away with images that truly stand out.

What to Wear
We recommend bringing 4–6 lingerie sets or outfits to give you a good variety throughout your session.
We’ll start in the gray room and work through your dry looks first, helping you decide what photographs best on camera. From there, you can choose your favorite outfit to wear in the rain room—typically something you don’t mind getting wet and that complements the more dramatic, editorial feel.
If you’re unsure what to bring, don’t worry—we’ll guide you ahead of your session so everything feels simple and stress-free.

What the Experience Feels Like
You don’t need any modeling experience. We guide you the entire time—posing, expression, and how to move naturally in both spaces.
Starting in the gray room helps you ease into the session, and by the time we transition to the rain room, most clients feel confident and fully in the moment.

Limited Availability
Because of the setup, rain room boudoir sessions are offered on a limited basis and tend to book quickly. If this is something you’ve been thinking about, it’s a good idea to book in advance.
