Terranea Resort is a luxurious resort that has ocean front views. The resort is located in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Some of the features include 9 dining experiences, spa and fitness center, swimming pools, golf course, wedding and special event space, and more. One of the most noted features are the breath-taking views, which makes it ideal for photography. Having done Terranea Resort Engagement Photography, I highly recommend this location. It’s one of the most picturesque places in Southern California. And, any Terranea Resort engagement photographer would agree.
During Hailey and Kevin’s Terranea Resort Engagement photography session, I really wanted to include as much of the scenery as possible. I noticed some beautiful trees and plants around the resort. The foliage could be used as a wonderful backdrop. Also, the trees served as a shaded area for the couple and the sun. I allowed some of the light to get into my camera to create these beautiful lens flare. It’s always nice to find this kind of light. As a professional photographer, I’ve trained myself to look for creative lighting scenarios. After, we continued to go for a walk and find more interesting places to photograph. Ultimately, I knew I wanted to end up by the water and so we walked to that area.
